Shipping Information

• All orders usually ship the same or next business day. Shipping same day depends on when the order is placed. After purchase an email will follow with a tracking number.
• Free shipping on all merchandise orders over $200.00 (excluding taxes).
• Ontario residents add 8% Pst & 5% Gst. All other Canadian residents add 5% Gst. USA/Int'l residents pay no taxes. Credit card statement will show billed by: Hogan Hockey Inc.
• Canadian orders will be shipped Canada Post Xpresspost. Usually 3-5 business days.
• USA orders will be shipped Canada Post Xpresspost USA. Usually 5-7 business days depending on Customs.
• International orders please email first for a quoted rate on UPS,DHL,FedX or other. Delivery times will vary.
• Delays may occur on some orders if the ship to and bill to addresses are not the same. A call may be made before shipping to confirm information.
• USA/Int'l customers be advised that you are responsible for any duties/brokerage fees to be collected if any are applied.

Our Policies

Guarantee/Warranty Policy

All Hogan Hockey products come with a 30 day money back guarantee and a 30 day warranty against manufacturer's defects (both start from day of shipping). Both will also require a proof of purchase and a return authorization number. The guarantee requires that all products returned will be in new condition (not worn) and have all tags and packaging intact. Upon return a visual inspection will be done to determine if a refund will be given. Warranty will be a free replacement product and free shipping. (see below for return shipping instructions)

Exchange Policy

All products may be returned (no refunds & in new condition with tags and packaging intact) to exchange for a different size or color, without a re-stocking fee being charged. Be sure when ordering to take proper measurements and then order the correct size and color from the drop down.(see below for return shipping instructions)

Guarantee/Warranty/Exchange/Return Shipping Instructions

All items being shipped back must be clearly marked with the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Items being shipped back from outside of Canada must also have "Canadian Goods Being Returned" and "Zero Value For Duty" clearly marked on the outside of package. Customers are to ship packages back prepaid by postal service to: Hogan Hockey Inc., 1110 Nelson St., Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada, P9A 1C2.
